I have used PuroClean for two different projects. Both times, the company has been very professional and done a great job! They were very quick to respond and have someone out in a very timely manner (within 24 hours). Their customer service has been excellent. I have worked with Jorge on both projects and he explained both projects in detail so I was clear on what the company would be doing. He was patient in answering my questions and always followed up if I had questions later. Both projects were done exactly like what was described and the crew was very considerate of the area they were working with (and not damaging other areas). I had a major sewage leak in my crawlspace and the team got on it quickly. They cleaned and encapsulated it for less than another company quoted to just clean it. Jorge kept me updated frequently and they provided professional service.
