Flood Expert

After discovering a ruptured sewer line in my basement, I thought I would be able to deal with it on my own. I quickly realized I was in way beyond my expertise. I called Flood Expert after a Google search had them at the top of the search results. I'm so glad I did! From the very first phone call, I was assured that they would coordinate the immediate repair, mitigation, and rebuilding of the affected area, which turned out to be nearly my entire basement. They came to my house THAT NIGHT (a Sunday, by the way) and immediately got to work. First they repaired the plumbing issue, which was my expense due to my homeowner's policy. For the next 4-6 weeks, they coordinated the pack out/storage of my lower level, the asbestos removal and miitgation, the demolition of all doodoo-water-touched items, and the complete rebuilding including flooring, painting, framing, drywall, trim work, electrical, etc. They worked seamlessly with my insurance (USAA) for an extremely stress-free experience for me. I highly recommend Ash and the rest of his team at Flood Expert. (I have attached 2 "before" photos. The only "after" photo I have is of the floor/trim/a bit of the wall - we've already moved all of our stuff back in and the Google world doesn't need to see all our things!)
