Met with 3 companies to get help on a possible mold issue in our building. Quotes came in over 14,000 remediation. Companies did no testing just measured rooms. Active Restoration looked at situation and suggested an air sampling test. Very reasonable price for test. Results by professional company and lab showed absolutely no mold risk. Made suggestions on solving water issues to keep areas dry. James at Active safed us an enormous amount of money. I highly recommend this company!

If you're looking for an honest company that is going to take care of you, look no further. When I found a mold spot on the kitchen wall, James came out and did an inspection. He explained what he would be doing, the tools he was using, and how they work. Found the mold was only on the exterior of the wall and wasn't caused by a leak or exterior home damage. I felt silly for having called them out, but he didn't talk down to me or make me feel bad. Instead he proceeded to explain what might have caused the mold, how to tell if mold is coming from behind the drywall, and tips for keeping the area clean. While my interactions with them were brief, they have left an impression and will be the first I call in future situations that warrant their services.

I called Active Restoration after a water leak in the basement caused damage/mold to the floors and drywall. They were out almost immediately and quickly began drying out things. Within a short period they were back doing the restoration. We decided to upgrade from the carpet we had originally to a PVC Plank floor. The outcome was phenominal. I highly recommend Active Restoration.

Had some water damaged pergo laminate floors, used Active Restoration to pull up the pergo laminate floors and put down new Luxury Waterproof Vinyl flooring - glued down style, not click. They did an absolutely AMAZING job! The guys that did the removal of the old flooring and install of the new flooring were ridiculously good. The quality of the work was top notch. They made sure every single aspect was right. Very detailed oriented, even the little things I never noticed or thought about. Both of the installers seemed to know exactly what they were doing. Especially the lead installer guy. They answered any questions I had as well. I've hired a lot of contractors to do misc. work on my house over the years, but these guys are the real deal. Couldn't have asked for more. Whatever you guys pay the installers, they deserve at least 50% more! They're the best I've EVER worked with. Attached pics to show their work. I want to thank Active Restoration for the outstanding work they they have done. When I had an emergency, they responded quickly. They began immediately and had experts come daily to do different repairs that needed to be done. Everyone who came to work at my house were very courteous and considerate. Active Restoration kept in touch with me constantly to let me know who was coming and what they would be working on next. I highly recommend them.
