Please reply to this text or give us a call. Well why not?! Booked for same day appointment and Jonathan Trenkle was assigned. He was kind and courteous. Arrived just ahead of schedule. Explained what he was going to do and was prepared with booties to enter my home. He was efficient, all the while asking about the unit, air flow, etc. Then onto the maintenance outside. He explained what was going to do and got to it. He was concerned about the capacitor not being right and made a recommendation to change it. I was hesitant because it was changed out last year by a different company under home warranty. I declined the service plan and he went about finishing up but Jonathan was thoughtful and I could tell he was thoroughly concerned about the capacitor so he offered to change it out at a lesser amount. I obliged. All in all, I appreciate his honesty. With hotter days ahead, I don’t want the capacitor blowing out again as it did last year. And perhaps the wrong one was in there when the home warranty’s company changed it out and so I feel 100% better about my unit lasting me through summer since the routine appointment today. I didn’t know who to call for a plumbing service, so I searched and All City and is one of the tops companies with good reviews. I called them and they came in couple hrs. I had a drain clog on my main bathroom and it turned out to be a major issue with roots growing into my pipes. Junior Maldonado came to see it. He explained to me couple options. I decided to fixed the whole issue. I have couple estimates but Junior works with me and I really trust him and his team. They offered me warranty at not extra cost.
