Johnny Rooter did a great job with my water heater installation! Jason and John were very thorough, speedy, and knowledgeable. Jason made sure to explain each step of the process, and answered all of my questions. I was also confident that they brought the installation up to code. Their dispatch team called me before they arrived with an accurate ETA. Overall excellent experience!

We have had multiple experiences with this company, and they always perform well. Last Friday Alex came out to our house for a drain stoppage, and he was truly impressive. Quick, competent, and most importantly, obviously honest with real integrity and concern for his customers. If I ran a plumbing firm I would try to hire him. But I hope he stays with JR.

I had a urinal in an office building that wasn’t draining. Johnny Rooter was able to get someone there within 2 hours. There was significant calcium buildup that a simple snake and plunge wasn’t enough to fix. Fortunately the person had all the tools and knowledge and with working on it for over an hour was able to get it fixed. Great job with timely personable service. I’ll definitely call again.

The Johnny Rooter plumber, Jason, was great with our leaking shower valve. He quickly identified the problem, repaired it and explained the whole process, including giving us recommendations on the best new handle to help this from happening again. The service charge was just what they had quoted us and was very reasonable. They now have all of our future business.

Alex came out within 30 minutes to fix my clogged kitchen sink. He listened to my concerns and worked on the problem until the root cause was found. He replaced the clogged pipe and cleaned up very well. So happy!

I'm super grateful to Laddie Bollom for the great plumbing work that he did. He arrived very quickly, and after hours on a weekend. He went above and beyond, he caught small other little things and fixed them too, and he had a great attitude, very supportive. Can't recommend him enough.

Had a great experience with Johnny Rooter and Sam, specifically. Sam was friendly and informative and continued communication throughout the work. He kept us notified of the progress of the work and let us see the finish product before moving to the next task. Sam was also kind enough to ask about shoes in the house. will recommend the company to others.
