We started getting gray water backups into showers, bathtubs and toilets. I ran a 20 ft auger into as many of the drains as I could to no avail. That's when I called the guys at Mainstream. They offered to come out on a Sunday, but since we had no real emergency I told them Monday would be fine. The tech arrived on time and went to work on the cleanout. He found the offending culprit with his auger (root penetration) but also ran a camera through the full length to make sure we had no other issues. We had Doleva Tree Service remove the tree, so Mainstream could dig out and replace the cracked pipe section. Why the landscaper put a tree over our sewer line escapes me. Anyway, all of the work was done by top notch, friendly professionals. Can't say enough about Mainstream. I found our go-to plumber for all my plumbing needs.

Best plumbing company! Everyone is super friendly! I've used them multiple times for various issues. They always get me on the schedule fast and are very professional and efficient. Very Genuine, which is rare in this time. 5 Stars because 6 wasn't an option. 🙂

I can't say enough about how amazing Mainstream was! I had a major pipe break underground at a commercial property. Mainstream came right out and kept in constant communication with me directly even though I'm in FL. They were able to locate the pipe, make the repair, and restore the water. Peter and Eric are top notch I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs you ever have big or small!!

When one's shower is unwantedly brrrrisk, knowing people who know people is one of the best ways to return one's shower to wonderfully warm. To have the repairman show up within minutes of the call and completely install a brand new water heater within a couple of hours is top of the line service. That the repairman is personable and kind is even sweeter. Even better, Peter Helfrich's Christianity spread to the billing process of which he found ways to help me, a fixed-income senior citizen, with the total cost.God is good.

If you ever have a plumbing issue, definitely call MainStream Service . They came in under a very stressful situation, diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me, and went above and beyond to fix the problem. They also worked on several other bathroom issues that were going on at the time. Ben was the plumber who worked on my plumbing issues. He was attentive understanding, and an experience technician. I highly recommend this company and will be my go to place if I have issues in the future.
