Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Had a sewerage main line bust. Rotor rooter arrived promptly. Gave me a quote. He said he needed to hit up Home Depot for parts. Came back and had home warranty look into the issue. Roto Rooter said that’s fine. He was gonna charge me for the parts and the diagnostic fee. I paid him for that. He told me he could come back out and finish the job the next day. Could not get in contact with the guy. Never got the parts I paid for. Had to pay another plumber to finish the job.

I just bought my home and hadn't had hot water for 2 weeks. Clayton came out, tested my heater, and when he drained a little to see what the inside might be like, the water was black He came back the next evening (on his day off!), took my old heater out, and installed a new one. He waited outside for almost an hour to make sure the hot water worked (it did!) and even checked in the next day to make sure everything was working well. Clayton was quick, efficient, and a great sport. Also really appreciate the flexibility of this company for having much later evening appointments available. Great experience overall!

Starkey was quick, efficient and professional. Roto-Rooter was first company to respond and came at the promised time period. As to price, it was $300 to unclog a toilet drain after coupon. To me that seemed expensive but I saw that was close to the going rate of Plumbers. At the end of the day, I needed it fixed and that was the price.

Fixed leaking near water heater. Clayton showed up on time, fast and accountable. Explained and answered all my questions. Replaced PRV within 40 minutes. Great communication and make sure my concerns were addressed before leaving. Highly recommended!

Clayton is a life saver. 10pm had a heavy leak due to an old deteriorated angle stopper and could not shut the water off. (Will be purchasing a water key) Waited for 2 hours on another company before being told they wouldn’t be able to make it that night. 12:30am called Roto Rooter and Clayton was here in under 30mins. He shutoff the water and assessed the issue. He did not have the proper part to replace the faulty piece with. Gave me the estimate and scheduled to return before his actual work hours started next day when the store opened to get the part. Followed up with me by text in the morning and let me know when he would arrive. Promptly fixed the issue and set me up with water damage repair inspection. Will be using this service again if i ever have an issue.
