I had a great experience with plumber ALI from ARS who installed my new water heater in the garage. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and walked me through everything with patience and clarity. The installation was clean, professional, and done with real attention to detail. It’s rare to see someone take such pride in their work. We are very impressed with our ARS experience. Alejandro was friendly and very helpful in explaining all the details of our inspection. Alejandro was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. We determined that it was best to be proactive with our hot water heater replacement as the unit was displaying signs of failure. Alejandro provided 3 separate replacement solutions and detailed replacement costs. My wife and I agreed that the tankless water heater was our best option moving forward. Alejandro scheduled our replacement appointment and we cannot thank him enough for everything! We are very thankful.

Update to original review: (first two photos bad unit) The mini-split system they installed on the day they did the duct work lasted a little over a month before breaking down. ARS sent technicians that found low freon. They did not have any with them, but got the unit running, it lasted a day and a half. Second technician had freon but no adapter. Sent, 3rd technician who determined the coil had a leak in the unit part mounted in the house. Sent new techs with new unit but no freon. When we made a huge fuss, they found freon and met our techs and then got the new unit running. What should have been a half day job turned into a 12 hour job. Maybe a little over 12 hours later that unit stopped working. We gave them a choice, replace with a known good working brand or give us our money back. It took them a full week to get us a brand we agrred upon and installed it today. This company has great technicians but carry a brand of mini-split that they know has a higher failure rate than others on the market. Make sure if you ever use them to specify the brand you know and just, don't rely on their sales rep to choose for you, lesson learned. (Original review)Technician that came to do our inspection was friendly and informative. He was also very considerate of our property and house. Recommended things he saw that could be improved. After recommendations we had them remove and replace our air duct system and install a mini split in one of our rooms.

I only needed a few parts installed that I had already purchased. The tech said they could not use my parts and they wanted to charge me well over $500 just to install the same parts I had paid less than $25.00. Total rip off. I had to pay $79.99 for nothing.

My furnace was working perfectly before ARS/Rescue Rooter completed an annual tune-up. The unit is only six years old, located in the attic, and we did not have any power outages in our area. Just a few days after the tune-up, the furnace suddenly started blowing cold air. I contacted ARS/Rescue Rooter because I strongly believed something may have been damaged during the service. When they returned to inspect the unit, they told me that the control board now needed to be replaced. This issue appeared immediately after their tune-up, but it is not something they are willing to acknowledge. I will be getting a second opinion, and I plan to file a formal complaint based on the findings. I wanted to share my experience so others can be aware and make informed decisions.

Travis from ARS was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, great attitude, patient and very efficient. ARS showed great communication as they kept in contact via text and they got the job done in under an hour. The price is marked as great due to their $97 promotion currently going on.
