Awesome experience and service from Raymond and his assistant. Kitchen faucet had no pressure the day before Thanksgiving. They were early and fixed my issue in less than 10 minutes and intact, they showed me how I could do it myself if it ever happened again. Their rate was reasonable, CK’s has done several plumbing jobs for me during the 30 years I’ve owned my home- Raymond and his assistant exemplify why I wouldn’t use another plumbing service ever! Pleasant, respectful of my time and just plain nice guys!

I was able to call and get a quick rough estimate over the phone, which made it easy to move forward and schedule the work right away. I worked with Ray, who came out and installed a new Moen kitchen faucet, a garbage disposal, and two bathroom faucets. He also fixed a water shutoff that wasn’t closing properly. Ray was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. He even suggested a few smart upgrades for the outdoor hose waterlines and provided clear quotes for some future projects. Everything was done efficiently, priced fairly, and looks great. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend CK’s Plumbing & Backflow for anyone needing reliable, quality work at a fair price.

Had the pleasure of working with CK’s recently. A guy named Chris came by to look and discuss the possible project. Chris gave us several options and assured us that HE would be here for the entirety of the project. Quickly gave us an estimate and timeline. We accepted the bid and scheduled it. Everything Chris said would happen…did happen! Great experience and we CERTAINLY will call CK’s again.

Tommy and Ben did a good job of fixing my Rinnai tankless water heater. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. Ben clearly explained the problems of the water heater, presented the scope of work, and gave me a reasonable estimate. After finishing the work, Tommy sent me a report complete with pictures of their work along with the invoice. I highly recommend them!

We've hired CK's now for two jobs: one planned job replacing our service lines, and one small repair to a broken shower line. In both cases, we were really happy with our experience. Everyone we've interacted with (in person or over the phone) is kind and professional. We've never had scheduling headaches or communication issues as is frequently the case working with home services; this is a well-run operation! In our most recent plumbing adventure, Tommy and Ben were friendly and helpful. We consulted them about the best path to fix our leak and they were able to advise on what made sense to do now with respect to our future plans to update the shower fixtures. We'll keep calling CK's for any future needs, urgent or otherwise. Highly recommended!

This was our first time using CK’s Plumbing & Backflow. I would definitely recommend them and plan to contact them again in the future when needed. Tommy and Ben arrived on time and after discussing the plumbing issue that was found in our crawl space following a termite inspection, they were able to quickly diagnose the issue, get the part that was needed and repair the pipe that had an ongoing issue we were unaware of until now. Thank you for the prompt and professional service at a fair price!!

We had Ben and Tommy come to the house to repair a leaky toilet. Extremely nice guys who even showed me how to do it myself if they weren’t available! (I asked them to)They had put in our new toilets 5 years ago and I remembered how professional and quick they were when they did that! I would give them ten stars if I could!!!
