We had some plumbing issue's two days before Thanksgiving. My daughter recommended Michael & Son Services, I am so glad she did. Our technician was Seth Lunsford came out and fixed our plumbing issue's.He did an extraordinary job. Seth is so knowledgeable and courteous. He was so respectful of our property. Over all we had an exceptional service. Thank you Seth so much! Remember when it is Seth's company evaluation time Seth should get A BIG RAISE!! Thank you Sharon and Vinnie

I was impressed from the initial call to inquire if their plumber was gas certified all the way till I signed the bill. Price was acceptable especially with the service I was given. I inquired on Saturday and was scheduled Monday 🙂 Scott and his accomplice were fantastic and had much respect to myself and my home. They listened to what I needed and went above and beyond to help. THANK YOU

So grateful for the amazing tech named Orion that was placed on our service request! He was ready to get this ceiling fan up for us despite our ceiling being vaulted and over 20 ft! He called to let us know when he was on his way (during our service window), showed up promptly, was quick about install, cleaned up the work area and was overall kind. Plan to use this company in the future and have him assist on our future projects!

Called in regards to a electrical issue with my hot water heater, within 24 hours someone was on the way to assist. Erik the electrician dispatched was easy to talk to, very professional and seemed quite knowledgeable. The cost was a little more than I was hoping but I don't really have any point of comparison so I'm not sure of the market average. Overall I am happy with the service received.

Hunter came in quickly determined the issue with a busted pipe in the wall, and went straight to work. During the installation he noticed things that could have prevented the issue in the first place and corrected them as well. All in all I am very very pleased with his expertise and how quickly Michael and Sons reacted. I had called multiple plumbers and none could get here fast enough. I will recommend them and Hunter to everyone I know.

Troy was great. He went down in the tight crawl space in the dead of night to fix our electrical problem. When he finished the house was back to normal. He came out same day and is fully licensed to perform this repair. It’s not easy to get a specialized technician out same day and at night to enter your crawlspace. We are super grateful.

Needed a shower repair urgently. Able to come in and get me set up. Their member program is worth it if you have any repairs, and provides ease of mind. Good job Dan and Brandon on your work!
