West Shore Homes came in and replace my shower today. Matt W and Kyle K did a great job on tearing out my old shower and replacing it with a new one in one day. It is amazing on much different it makes the shower look. New grab bars, new faucet new everything. Great job, and would recommend them for all my remodeling jobs. Also had two outside doors replaced, the other two workers did a wonderful job on them. Great work all the way around. Thank you

They converted a tub to a shower for my 80+ old mother. Final installation I'm happy with, but WOW for a service that they sell as an day installation it took 3 months to complete, when the salesman said it could be done in 2 weeks. Naturally the date the salesman tells you is not on the contract, they have to figure that out later . Didn't finish the initial installation of all the parts for a variety of reasons, some lack of access to my mom at the time, but getting them back was like pulling teeth. They only have 1 guy in the entire company that can install grab handles. But wait there is more, if your package includes a seat, there is another guy (only one in the entire company) that does that, yep different guy. Getting anything on their calendar post installation is a guarantee 3-4 week wait. Again remember the customer age and why the shower was put in. We were sold on a service in a given time frame and that was never delivered. Okayish custom service, if you can find someone to talk to after the salesman disappears. My suggestions. 1. Request the delivery date be on the contract before signing 2. Do 50% to get started and absolutely refuse to pay the balance till they are 100% done. For what we paid, I would have expected much more. Again final product, is pretty good, service and follow through, pretty much non-existent.

I had a 1950's style blue bathtub and white tile walls. That was hard to clean and was getting grimmer as time past. What a eye sore. I called West Shore they came and installed a walk in shower. I'm so relieved to have a updated modern look to my shower now. It looks great. Thanks to thier professional employees for doing a awesome job during demolition and new installation and detailed work and clean up after job completion. Thank you, Tyler P, Dustin K, Michael S, Blake H, employee's.

West Shore provided us with excellent products and professional service for our walk-in shower installation.The installers (Matt W., Cameron H., Michael S. and Kyle K.) arrived right on time, were very courteous, professional and respectful of us and our home. They explained everything they were going to do, gave us an estimate of how long it would take and kept us up to date on the progress. When they were done they had us examine the shower to make sure we were happy and see if we had any questions. Overall, a very good experience.

My last set of West Shore windows were installed today. Cam, Jacob and Matthew did a fantastic job. William and Cam were here during the first installation of windows. They were all so polite and answered questions about how to open, close, lock, and clean my windows. The installation process took less than 5 hours and my house was cleaner when they left they when they came. Not a scrap of trash or debris in sight. I am so very pleased how nice they look on the front side of my house. I would recommend West Shore Home for any window replacement. The quality of workmanship and product is top-notch.
