Outstanding Service! Tyler, Rodney, and another tech from Bryant arrived right on time, were very professional, evaluated the situation in minutes, explained everything clearly and efficiently, and got straight to work removing the old unit. At the same time, a team member retrieved the new 80-gallon water heater in Lexington. They installed the new tank quickly and left the workspace spotless. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. This replacement was the best in-home service experience I’ve had in a long time. I Highly Recommend!

Had to call Bryant on a Saturday to see if they could diagnose my 22 year old system. James arrived quickly, diagnosed my issue and sold me on replacing my entire system. He got me a great price and same day installation. The installers were very meticulous and worked fast to get my new system up and running that day. Thank you Bryant for great service!

Had my unit blowing cold air on Friday, called and technician Tony came out on Saturday and I decided a new system should be installed. Jennifer called me today and made the process go smoothly. He was able to take a look at everything from installing new toilets to replacing pipes under the sink and under the house.
