This company performed a few jobs on my home. The most extensive was installing a dry well in my backyard to address water retention. What I agreed to was for the dry well to be installed, with the drain pipe running to the sump pump under my home, and the sump pump being ran out to the street for drainage. The person who completed the job left a roughly 3x3 foot hole in my foundation. We WERE NOT informed that this damage had been left until I checked on my sump pump a week or so later. When I asked the technician about his words to me were "I saw that the cinder block may be crumbly but drilled the hole anyway. I stacked it up the best I could and figured it would be all right". The solution I was given was to stack bags of concrete in the hole to reinforce it. This job was performed poorly and with pure negligence. This company stands behind a "contract" which I had never been provided prior to any work being completed, that says the customer is satisfied and they are not responsible for damage. They leave any excavation at a "rough grade" which would be the least of my concern if the job had been performed professionally. I would never recommend this company as they will not take responsibility for any damage they cause whether intentional or not. I have attempted to contact TJ (the general manager) who has not returned my calls and they refuse to provide me with their insurance information to allow me to file a claim. I was charged $3,296 and will have to pay upwards of $6,000- $8,000 to fix the damage they caused.
Aaron was so helpful and kind. He was able to come the same day we called right before thanksgiving. The issue with our water heater ended up being very minor, and we weren’t even charged for the visit. Highly recommend him and Fast Flow Plumbing.
We had a plumbing emergency and were very fortunate that Matthew from Fast Flow Plumbing was able to get to our house quickly in the late afternoon. We needed to have our toilet replaced as soon as possible. Matt determined what we needed, went to the hardware store and he and his partner replaced it. Matt is professional, very pleasant to deal with and did excellent work. I never imagined they would resolve our problem so quickly! Thank you Matt and partner! Fast Flow Plumbing has a new customer.
I shared a review a few weeks ago and was asked to contact TJ to discuss the situation of overpayment and damage to my property of over $15,000. I spoke with him, sent him over all of my documentation, sent 2 follow up emails, only to be ignored again by Fast Flow. OWNER: Please help me remedy this situation! It’s been over 6 months and we are in such financial hardship over this! The first pictures are the way mine and my neighbor’s property was left- yes, wires sticking out and all. The contract said they would be back to straw and seed (which they haven’t). Not to mention the overpayment of 125 feet of water line. The next picture is of the electrical conduit that got disconnected from the grinder pump during the excavation causing it to fail. That was $3600 to repair. The last pictures are of my basement after the clean up of raw sewage and floor replacement. As you can see, the damage is undeniable. I REALLY NEED HELP GETTING THIS RESOLVED… PLEASE!! At the very least, please cooperate with your insurance company so I can recoup something!
I had Fast Flow Plumbing do some work for me almost a year ago, and they were amazing — professional, honest, and fair in their pricing. Before finding them, I got several bids from other plumbing companies, and many of them tried to charge me way more than what made sense. In today’s world, it’s hard to find people who don’t try to take advantage and overcharge. Fast Flow Plumbing was the complete opposite. Jennifer and Troy were professional, helpful, and did excellent work from start to finish. Now, almost a year later, I have another project coming up — and guess who I’m calling again? Fast Flow Plumbing, of course. Thank you for being such an honest and reliable company.
For your plumbing needs, I greatly advise that you look elsewhere. Prior to the arrival of the technician, the problem had been diagnosed and communicated to the company (sweat broken pipe and do an outdoor hose bib replacement). All of the needed parts were ready, and worksite was prepared. Technician window was 5-7pm. Technician left Lexington at 7:30pm, and took a hour to arrive in southern Scott County. When he did arrive at 8:30pm, he did not have propane/natural gas needed to sweat the pipe, which had been the stated purpose of the call. They left to go to Lowe’s to get those materials, and returned at 9:50pm. Work began just after 10pm, and went until a little after 11pm. Technician left around 11:30pm. Cost of repair ended up being over $300 for what should have been a one hour, non-emergency service call that ended 4.5 hours later than the original stipulated window. If I didn’t have the parts prepared, the cost of the project would have been approximately $450 (the additional charge would have been $150 just for a hose bib). Voicemail was left that next day to express that I wanted to speak with the owner regarding the situation, and my phone call was never returned.
They Sucked! Kidding, jokes. Matt and Nick were cool dude’s. They let me watch and ask questions. They worked hard to break the clog of roots and dirt. I still have to fix a clog in my pipe under the house, but that wasn’t part of the job. I can handle it. I will recommend your company when someone asked. Thanks again for your service
