This company was there when my family needed them. I called on a Thursday for a leaking washing machine shut off valve. They had the problem fixed the following Friday. Shad Priem, the plumber, was awesome. Very personable like a next door neighbor. The price beat our expectations to the point where I had him replace both valves. I would recommend this company as this experience was very pleasant. The staff I dealt with were all great and the price was more reasonable than I was expecting.

I called Paul Bunyan Plumbing because the website seemed to make the company sound like helping the costumer in need of plumbing problems was important. They say 24/7 to prevent damage to home. Satisfaction Guaranteed. It also says they can help with any minor leaks to major problems. My problem was a small pipe in between the wall with a constant leak getting everything all wet. The plumber from Paul Bunyan came and said they could not help me it was beyond what they could do. (So much for any problem big or small.) I then had to pay $89 for them to tell me they could not help me and leave (so much for satisfaction guaranteed). This was Friday Morning and I was unable to get anyone else to come out that same day. So then I had to pay an emergency fee for another company to come on the weekend. The problem was fixed in 45 minutes and the guy who graciously helped me said he could not understand why Paul Bunyan Plumbing would not help me, he told me it was a basic routine fix.

I had a leak coming from my kitchen ceiling, and Tim came out right away to inspect the issue. He quickly checked my upstairs bathroom and washer and identified that the leak was coming from the washer. He repaired it efficiently and also noticed that my water heater valve was bad, which he replaced. On top of that, he found that my water softener wasn’t working properly and even tested my water hardness to confirm. Tim was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave great guidance on maintaining my plumbing system. I was so impressed that I signed up for the annual membership for regular home inspections. I highly recommend Tim for anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled plumber!

I had Michael Bussell out from Paul Bunyan plumbing. I was having some concerns about my water quality. Michael did test at a few different faucets in my home, he showed me the results and explained them. He was very through and easy to understand. He asked me questions to better understand what I wanted. He presented me with different options and explained each one and what each option would do as well. I will be recommending this company!

Issue #1. Vanity faucet handles hard to turn due to calcification. Unable to remove handles or the bases to clean properly. Recommendation - WD-40 which helped somewhat.Will continue this regiment, until other measures are needed. Issue #2. Tub shower water flows poorly out of shower head while water runs out of the tub faucet. Replacing the faucet would cost an estimate of $800. I opted to go with my daughter’s technique: lift the spout first and then turn the faucet on. I will have to create a label instruction for guests. A bit unconventional, but it works. Issue #3. Vanity sink stopper broken underneath. Repaired. Schad was on time and communication was great. He explained everything well. Very friendly personality. I highly recommend using Paul Bunyan Plumbing. The only reason I gave 4 stars ⭐️ (it should be 4.5 stars!) is because the vanity faucets could not turn easily like when it was brand new and the tub faucet gate that controlled the water flow could not be repaired. Other than that, very pleased with the technician’s efforts to help. He even did a chemistry check of the water with a report that the water softener was up to par.
