Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Rhode Island

I have a membership with them. They come as soon as you call. The cast iron stack pipe in my 100+ year old house rusted out. As you can see from the photos, they cut out the rusted pipe & installed PVC. They responded promptly, gave me an estimate upfront & that is what I paid. They cleaned up when they were done. The repair man also noticed a leaking water line. He fixed that also. I have never been disappointed with Mr Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing.

First and foremost as a fellow wounded combat veteran who owns multiple properties in the Providence area this is my first experience with Mr. Rooter. I was happy to see that they are a veteran owned and supporting business. This company was by far the best plumbing company that I have ever worked with. They are honest, they are available, they do good work, and they spent a decent amount of time explaining to me what was done. They came out and resolved a fairly simple Boiler issue I was having with ease.

This group was excellent to deal with. The dispatcher on the phone was polite, informative and understood what I needed right away. The plumber who came out, Shayne Miller was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, respectful of the home and exceeded my expectations to get the job done. Thank you to all for making what started as a very unpleasant situation, end as smoothly as possible

We needed our toilet replaced and were given great service! Our technician Eric was so kind and personable. Scheduling was easy and we didn’t have to wait long for help. The pricing was somewhat expensive, but reasonable considering we’re talking about plumbing issues.

We were unable to determine where a leak was coming from and the water was coming through the ceiling. Unfortunately, we had to find another plumber as ours had retired and we were reluctant to engage a new plumber. Ed and Shy provided exceptional service and kept us apprised each step of the way. We were very impressed with the quality of work and would highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Needed a fairly simple job done and it was handled very professionally from beginning to end, I got a plumber to my house in 1/2 hour of calling, Eric Jenson. He was professional and friendly. Would 100% reach out if needed again, thank you so much!

Very professional, and helpful. Arrived within an hour of calling. My toddler flushed a toy and they magically got it out without having to replace tear apart anything. Very reasonably priced and both technicians were personable and did everything they could to help me. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends and family.
