Aaron was great with coming to my place so quickly to look at my water heater & answering my endless questions. Paul, who came out to replace my ignition assembly, was friendly and also patient with my questions & with me watching as he replaced everything (I like to learn & understand these things as they happen). Paul also made sure I was satisfied with everything before he left. I will definitely call them again, if need any plumbing work in the future.

I was surprised to have a Master Plumbing Solutions owner (Aaron) answer the phone and take time to personally look at pictures and go over my project. Paul was able to stop by that same day to handle the on-site inspection, sending his finding back to Aaron who shortly emailed a quote for my review. We had a leak in our water heater. Master plumbing solutions showed up Monday and had our heater replaced and the leak fixed by Wednesday morning. Andrew was very polite, puntual and clean. I am very grateful and happy with the work. I will 100% recommend to everyone I know.

Rod showed up right on time and was able to help me troubleshoot what was wrong with my disposal, he also helped tighten down a showerhead in the bathroom. Very pleasant and enthusiastic to deal with appreciate this kind of service and it was very reasonably priced!

Rodney was excellent. He was very nice and knowledgeable and was able to fix our faucet instead of replace it and it saved us quite a bit of money. Definitely recommend these guys, they did a great job.
