Very expensive and unfair pricing! Not customer friendly in the slightest! I’d like to start by saying this is my story and I’m sharing my opinions… I’m currently selling my home, had an inspector point out a cracked seal at the top of my water heater. I was at work leading meetings when my wife was notified of the issue and was recommended by our Realtor to go with "Good Guys Plumbing". They came in saw my wife with our 6 month old baby, assessed the damage and quoted her $380 dollars to fix it…. The materials used were no more than $20 from Home Depot. Even if they charged double for materials, this means that the labor cost $320 for 30 minutes of work. Over $10 a minute is RIDICULOUS and extremely UNFAIR. I sent the damaged photo of the water heater to another plumber I’ve used before here in Visalia and was quoted $180 plus parts which would add up to $240 if they charged double for materials I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone and my realtor won’t anymore as well.

Very prompt response from Goodguys for a large leak from under my backflow pipe. Skip came out within a half hour and was knowledgeable and professional and had the job done by the afternoon. Highly recommend this company. The owner Curtis answers the phone and deals with you personally. Very impressive.

Skip Showed up within two hours of me calling. He was prepared, professional, and quick. The pricing was extremely fair, and I would highly recommend this company. I will not hesitate to use them again With any future plumbing problems.
