Ninja Plumber

I had used Ninja Plumber before and I turned to them again. Our water heater went out after 17-years of service. Jonathan showed up at 5pm and gave me the option of installing one tonight or in the morning. It was late and I didn’t want to put him out, so I told him he could come back in the morning. He said he didn’t mind working late, and could get me hot water tonight, and there was no overtime charge. We said okay, and he got right to work. By 9pm we had a new water heater. Jonathan was prompt, polite, hardworking knowledgeable, and empathetic about our predicament. The blue recirculating pump gets us instant hot water saving us money on our water bill. Thank you, Jonathan and Ninja Plumber. Well done.

I just had the best experience with a plumber ever. Adam A. of Ninja Plumber came to fix a leaking pipe outside my home. He gave me a very fair estimate for the work that I was actually pleasantly surprised. Most plumbers I've used were quite higher. Not with Ninja Plumber though. Adam A was a pleasure. He explained the options that I had in dealing with the leaking pipe like where he would suggest cutting it off so he could eliminate the remainder of the pipe from sight in my backyard. And he completed the work fast that I couldn't believe that he was done. The whole experience was pleasant. I would definitely call Ninja Plumber again. Adam A is a long time plumber with 35 years of experience to date (today is July 12, 2022). He is a family man that honors the plumbing trade and is respectful to his employer and wants to do the best work possible at a fair price. I could go on and on raving about how happy I am that I found Ninja Plumber and Adam A.

Had an sewage pipe break during construction that needed immediate attention. Ninja Plumber was the fastest to respond. Adam A. was at my home within 30 mins, he evaluated the situation, quoted me immediately, and got to repairing the pipe. Within a few hours of calling, the job was well done. Adam also gave his recommendations on what to watch for next that can potentially become problematic. Appreciated his genuine approach and excellent work.

Adam my technician was super nice and gave great customer service. Explained clearly what we needed and the company was very fast and efficient at making and appointment and doing the work in the same day. I would highly recommend using them, top notch. Jenny from dispatch kept me informed about appointment as was able to help me sort options quickly before i had to leave town.
