Visual Pro Home Inspections

Don't know where to start with this guy he missed every single thing that you would have your home inspected for shifting foundations leaks black mold water damage gray to the house where water runs back to the house and the bad part is is I have used this guy at least 10 times but for some reason this house didn't matter. I have managed to be burned on this house badly via his advice and when he was asked about it. I was told and I quote spray some bleach on it well that doesn't help a shift and foundation on the house or black mold or anything else that went wrong like faulty wiring do not use this guy obviously he's doing this to keep himself working he don't care about you or the house do not use this guy you've been warned

Less than 6 months following our home inspection in which this company, specifically Vince stated it was in the best condition he's seen, we are having to redo our entire roof. According to many companies that have come out they state the roof is in "beyond bad" condition and anyone with eyes could have seen this. Extremely disappointing and I would stay clear of anything having to do with this company. Huge items were missed on our home inspection specifically in relation to our roof and we are paying the price now

Vince is a nice guy but that’s about it! He loves to talk about how professional he is and how many years he has been in business but (talk is cheap). He missed 3 HUGE holes in the attic that are right in front once you go to the attic. Unfortunately that has caused us lot of money as we had to bring a company to close these holes and take care of the mice that were coming into the house from these holes! We could’ve had the seller take care of this before buying the house if these holes were found at the time of inspection!! Would not recommend him to anybody!

Absolute professional, who looks out for his client's best interest. Vincent described his findings throughout and let us know on the spot what we were purchasing. Vincent is the best home inspector I have dealt with hands down. Him and his assistant Becky were clear and concise explaining all of issues they found in a way that I could understand. It's impressive just how many issues they found, many of them tiny little details other home inspectors I have worked with in the past would have missed. We have dealt with several home inspectors in the past. I have never had a problem in the past, but never had been truly impressed with any of them until we encountered Vince. He conducted the most thorough inspection we had ever experienced. This was so important to us as this was our biggest home purchase to date. He was very candid about any issues he saw, and was so very helpful with his explanations. He certainly took great time and care with our inspection, and I was left feeling very comfortable and safe in proceeding with the purchase of our home. He even made multiple trips back to the property to ensure our additional sewer inspection went smoothly. I am sure that most inspectors do what is required, but I want to let you know that Vince goes above and beyond. His pleasant demeanor and professionalism make him a joy to work with. Moving forward, I would never use another inspector, and I would definitely recommend him to friends, family and anybody else who may need his services.

Vince came out to my new house to perform an inspection and I was very happy with his work. He was able to schedule an appointment to fit my schedule on relatively short notice. He arrived at the house about 10 minutes early and discussed the procedure with me. During the inspection itself he answered my and my realtor's questions. I felt he was honest and thorough and extremely knowledgeable. His recommendation to get a sewer pipe inspection turned out to be money well spent as a huge problem was discovered that needed immediate attention. His report was thorough and professional. He took pictures of every part of the house and incorporated it into the report along with a description and addressing potential problems. When I was looking for a home inspector, I wanted an unbiased, professional, and thorough inspection. I feel that Vince was all of those things and I'd recommend him.
