House Check

I had Kyle from House Check come by and inspect my Town Home that I am under contract for. He was very thorough and he was able to walk me around and show me all the issues with the place. I have tried a couple inspectors in the past 2 months and he is the only one I would call again. If you need a thorough home inspection, Kyle is the one. He has provided us with 2 excellent home inspections. In fact, based off his thoroughness with our first inspection, and the speed at which we needed to get one done when we live out of state, we had him attend without us - and he was there within 14 hours of our request. In addition, we were emailed a complete and in-depth document with photos on which to base our decision the same day. Kyle is very knowledgeable - you will have a greater understanding of the condition of the home you are looking to purchase, and in our case his time was worth every penny.
