Tom and the whole crew run an incredible operation here. They do great work and they are very easy to work with. Hunter was our inspector. He was on time, efficient, and thorough. Very knowledgeable of all parts of the home inspected. The buyers had a new mountain home inspection and sewer scope. The buyers were very pleased, and as a Realtor, I was very impressed, as well. Communicated with Tom a few times as well, and he was very quick to respond. Easy to schedule appointments on their website, and add additional services as needed. I will definitely use them again.

Hunter Davidson performed our inspection the week of Thanksgiving last minute and did a phenomenal job pointing out details most inspectors would have never seen and his expertise showed in his final report to us. I had the pleasure of A Precise Home Inspection do my inspection on a home I'm getting ready to buy. They showed up ahead of schedule, started working on the exterior as we waited for the realtor to let us into the house. He was diligent and thorough, then talked to me about what he noticed after he was all done. Answered questions I had and gave me some insights to look out for as my home ages. Within a few hours, I had the full report that I could read through, and I was very impressed.
