Incredible company!!! Prior to the inspection of the home we are buying, we had several questions regarding the process and Ethan (owner) was extremely thorough, professional and courteous in clarifying everything to expect during the inspection. His company also recognizes teachers and first responders with a 15% discount. Having taught for half a century I was so appreciative of this recognition! On the day of the inspection, Max was the inspector on site. He was also extremely thorough, professional and courteous throughout the time we were on site and addressed all of our concerns and questions. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARROW HOME INSPECTIONS!!!

Ethan was great! Very thorough and explained the findings clearly. Not only were they process but even worked to move the date up to meet our deadline. They were honestly great. They were able to get out next day and did a very thorough job. The report came back with pictures and videos, every area was very detailed and explained well. The customer service was great. They also could do a wide range of inspection to include radon, sewer scope, mold, foundation, etc on top of a "regular" inspection- such peace of mind!

Highly recommend!! This was our first experience doing a home inspection and from start to finish I was blown away. Melissa was a fantastic and patient communicator as she set up our appointment. Max our inspector was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, detailed, thorough, and honest. We had many questions, all of which he patiently answered. At the end we went over the flagged parts of his report together - at this point Max told us why it was flagged and his recommendations on how to repair the issue if necessary. Ethan was fantastic, providing super detailed work and clear explanations of the issues he found. I've had some experience in the past with both new and older home sales in New Mexico, where we live full-time, but this experience was tops and blew any other inspections I've had in the past out of the water. That Ethan uses infrared technology as part of the inspection is a game-changer. Don’t even think of getting an inspection without it! Ethan found several issues that only this technology could uncover. This is a new construction! He identified several issues that we had requested our sellers address. After they are addressed, we will book him again to verify the fixes. The fees were very reasonable, considering the hours spent and the thorough report we received. Book Ethan, you will be pleased!
