Neutral and honest to the inspectors process. Very much a fabulous inspector. Again, he went room to room and did his thing, but still gave me input and answers to questions that I had. He did ask me to hold off on some for a few minutes so that he didn’t Skip anything. He was extremely thorough. His report was digital, had audio and had video as well as pictures. The report also had Industry standards, and the homes build and install conditions in regards to industry standards. It shows where things were shortcut or not done correctly, as well as what was done correctly. Extremely useful report.
