They had Colin come out quickly during the recent rains, found the leak right away, and fixed it on the spot. As new homeowners, we were shocked when our insurance company sent us a notice threatening to cancel our policy unless we replaced our roof within a month. We sent this report to our insurer, and they reinstated our policy without requiring a replacement. To our surprise, Spencer offered this service completely free of charge.
