C39 Roofing

In March I contracted with C39 Roofing to upgrade two vintage skylights. The originals were warm underneath in the summers and cold during the winters. Due to their non-standard sizes, new framing needed to be created. Fidel’s crew was able to complete that complicated installation and I waited until now to rating the skylights. I’m delighted to discover that my living room remains at least 15 degrees cooler than the outside temperature, even on the hottest of triple-digit days. What a significant energy-savings upgrade these skylights are! Thank you, C39 Roofing, for raising the comfort level of my home. So pleased with the communication, workmanship, and final product. Bid was complete and presumed I would want a roof that used high quality materials, so no change orders were required, and I never had second thoughts. C39 needed to coordinate with the company who originally installed my solar panels. (In order to maintain my solar warranty, they needed to be the ones to dismantle and then reinstall the panels). Fidel of C39 took charge of communication between companies when solar company was slow to respond. He also noticed severe quality issues with how the solar panels had been installed the first time; he alerted me of the trouble and made sure to be on site when solar panels were being reinstalled, to make sure they went in without compromising the integrity of my new roof. His team was competent and friendly. The job included repairing a porch roof, which required creativity, and they were up to the task. All in all, I have worked with MANY contractors in my quest to keep up this old house, but there are only three I would recommend to anybody, and C39 is one of them. The common thing between them is that they take pride in their work, and they treated my house like it was their own.

Had a great experience. Fidel was on site every day to help oversee the work and accommodated me on a few last minute requests to patch over some old some ventilation pipes. High quality materials and good craftsmanship. My wife and I are very happy!

C/39 Roofing worked closely with me and my schedule. They were professional, timely, very organized and on time. The owner Fidel provided me with our agreed upon repairs far in excess of what I expected while installing my new roof. Considering they had to remove a 42 year old skip sheet moldy, dry rotted cedar shake roof off my house and replace it with new plywood deck, facias, truss joist repairs and shingles, this was not an easy or pleasant job. They even removed all of the existing gutters without a dent. Their team did it with a smile and when they left my house, the only evidence they were here was a beautiful new roof with no mess left behind. They’re the best!
