Hadasa/Esther and crew were amazing from start to finish! Hadasa and Esther met with us and the adjuster to go over every detail and fully explained everything to us, (this was our first time) . Very nice, very knowledgeable, very professional, paid attention to detail and did not cut any corners! Workers showed up about 6:45 (owners as well) and got to work immediately. Yard was tarped off, trash was thrown away, nails were cleaned up with a magnet. Work was done by 12:30pm. Very pleased with everyone involved and highly recommend!

From our first meeting with Ayan they were professional and knowledgeable about the full roofing processes as well as the insurance claim process. We mostly work with Hadasa throughout our insurance claim process. She assured us she would be there every step of the way to help with our insurance company. Nothing but good things to say on the pre-construction processes. The install crew and Supervisor, Henry again prompt, on time and very knowledgeable. Henry took the time the day before our project started and walked us through the roof removal and install to ensure we were all on the same page. He was very patient. The crew finish within one day and spent well over an hour cleaning up and ensure we had no nails remaining on our property. Once the job was completed Henry came by to check the job and even with our very minimal concerns he had a guy back out the next afternoon. If you need a contractor to trust with you small or large project Ayan is the contractor for you!

They came they talked with us about our claim for the insurance. They walked us through financing to take care of it. They were awesome Esther. The whole crew were just so helpful and such a blessing.They came and did a great job. They got here at 6:30 in the morning and by 11:30. They were done yard was cleaned up. Roof looked fabulous. No trash left anywhere. No Nails left anywhere. They did a great job and my roof looks awesome.

I am beyond impressed! All I can say is WOW!!! They go above and beyond their duties to provide the best customer satisfaction, from handling the insurance claim to ensuring they are present when the insurance adjuster arrives to show any damage areas. I had hail damage in my roof and solar panels, they reached out to my insurer, solar company and HOA to handle the bulk of the business and all I had to do was sign and approve. No corners cut, they tell you the price ahead of time and stick to it. Great crew, cleans up after they leave, no mess left. I wish there were more companies like this one!!! Highly recommend them for all roofing needs.

However, Esther and her team worked diligently with our insurance provider and got the entire project covered. They guided us through every step, even helping us pick out shingles when we couldn’t decide. The work was completed quickly—in just one day—and they thoroughly cleaned up afterward.
