Juan and his crew did a great job installing a new standing seam metal roof on my home. It was going to rain the day after we agreed on a price, Juan had his guys come the next morning to get the waterproofing underlayment down before the rain could damage anything. The crew also worked through the last weekend to get it all buttoned up before the next rain was to come. Juan was very easy to work with, his crew was respectful, clean, and considerate of our property. I plan to use them in the future for another project and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof, whether its metal, shingles, tile…. J.O. Roofing can handle the job.

My roof is leaking today and need an emergency patch. Juan of JO Roofing is willing to come within an hour during the rain to help us to identify the roof leak location and patch it. A big thank you for Juan and his team for the prompt service! Great people, great company.

We had our roof repaired / replaced by JO Roofing and would highly recommend their services. After a series of large storms in the San Francisco Bay Area, we had a couple leaks materialize inside our house. We got assessments from 4 different companies and the recommendation from all of them was that we replace the entire roof, along with some of the older flashing along the sides. JO Roofing offered the most competitive price, beating the next closest by ~$2800, which is close to 15% of the total project cost. Once we signed the contract, Juan had someone come out to perform a quick patch on the areas that were leaking to prevent further damage before the project began at no additional charge. Juan handled the permitting process with the city and work was able to start promptly once the rain had stopped. The very first day, it began to rain again once the damaged roof was removed, but the crew was able to quickly get a tarp down to avoid additional damage. They showed up promptly at 7-8am every morning and worked straight through the day, ultimately finishing our roof replacement in about 5 days. In addition to the roof on top of the house, they also performed repairs in a lightwell area between our house and our neighbor's, taking care to ensure no water could get between our houses and damage the walls. Each day, they cleared debris and performed one final sweeping out front once the project was completed. The inspection with the city was scheduled and completed about two weeks after the project finished, with Juan meeting the inspector at our home himself. Juan and his crew are very courteous and professional, and were able to complete the job quickly and at a very competitive price.
