The process from start to finish was very smooth. From first consultation, through completion, everyone was informative, thorough, and transparent. The day of installation ended up coming about a week sooner than scheduled. During roof removal, I was kept informed of damage to sheathing as it was discovered. The entire crew was efficient and thorough, and could could tell of good training and experience, as everyone worked well together. The site was kept clean throughout the process, and a completed inspection was performed by your representative and myself. I was asked if he could inpect our attic for cleanliness and completion of work. I appreciated the information and thoroughness of the inspection. We are extremely satisfied and joyed with your product, service, and speedy expedition of work. We will most definitely refer Stublen Roofing to anyone needing roofing services. They did a fantastic job. Great job on cleanup, and everyone was very friendly. I’d have them back again. Service was priced where I expected for my roof size. My roof and detached garage were around 4000 sq feet. They did the whole job in two days.

We just recently had our roof replaced by Stublen Roofing, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience!!! The crew was professional friendly respectful of not only our home but also for my dogs!! Roofing a home can be loud and scary for our fur baby’s but Stublen went above and beyond to make my girls feel safe, however I did take the girls to another while this was going on, Stublen made sure they were rewarded with treats!!! How sweet and a special personal touch, the girls sure appreciated it! The roof looks fantastic and the craftsmanship and attention to details really shows !! Going the extra mile with a gesture to my dogs with a sweet treat!!top notch!!! When they clean up boy do they! I have not found one nail on the property, it’s like Stublen was never here except for the beautiful roof expertly installed with assurance of their work!! No more leaks!!! My stress is so much less, I no longer have to worry about leaks or heavy rains or buckets placed in the attic on in my home. We chose Stublen to replace our roof, and they did an awesome job. Eric, the Project Manager, was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He kept us informed every step of the way. Out of all of the quotes we received, he was the only one that went in our attic to check the condition of the wood underneath. We were glad he did, because we found out we had a couple areas where mold was starting to grow, due to lack of ventilation. He referred us to a mold remediation company, Moldstoppers of Southeast Virginia, who did a great job treating the mold. The roofers were also very professional and thorough. They were able to install our roof and new attic fans in one day, and cleaned up outside after the job was done. Our new roof looks awesome. I highly recommend Stublen Roofing because of their great service, high quality product, and fair price.
