Having worked in the CnD industry for over a decade there were a few occasions an emergency call was made and Coastal Roofworks was there to deliver. An estimator was there the same day to assess the damage, offer a solution and give a timely repair timeline. Thank you for taking the stress out of an uneasy situation!

Seth was amazing to work with. We had to communicate long distance to get the roof at our new house done and he made it so easy for us. His installation crew members were courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves regularly. If you want to see 1914 Savannah home with a roof having a vintage look, do a drive-by on Reynolds & Maupas. And, if you do not have them, it is highly recommended to add the solar vent fans Seth's team installed. Even with the newly replaced skylights, letting in beautiful morning light, the attic's temperature rise is minimal. It is 90-degrees outside and the attic is only 92... it would have been 100+! And the copper chimney caps #CoastalRoofworks made & installed are a functional, beautiful addition, already replicated by others in the neighborhood! Well done Team Coastal Roofworks!

Coastal Roofworks replaced my 20 year shingle roof with a owens corning duration shingle. It looks good, I was in the middle of other exterior projects and they made the process super easy. My insurance is lower on the home now and it looks great

Coastal Roofworks did a great job replacing my roof. I live in the historic district and my house is very special to me. They gave me a good price, showed up when they said they were going to, and cleaned up behind themselves. They guarantee their work and it looks great. The price was right and the finished product excellent. Five stars!

After contacting the company owner, Seth Nelson, his repair crew came that same day and spent at least an hour and a half to pinpoint the exact location where my roof leak was coming from. Within a few minutes after their assessment I received a phone call from Seth reviewing the problem and the best course of action to resolve the issue and the cost. He then said that he would email me the formal quote by the next morning. Sure enough when I checked my email that morning it was there. It clearly stated the scope of work that was to be done with the number he quoted me the day before. After my acceptance of the bid Seth told me that they would be doing the work in the next few days. Once again true to his word, his crew were at my house two days later and did the majority of the two chimney water proofing process. The following morning they finished the water proofing and fabricated the two chimney caps and installed them. Besides the very professional work, the employees were very personable, respectful and cleaned up any trash generated from the work. My repair came with a THREE YEAR warranty on LABOR and MATERIALS. Most roofing companies only Give ONE YEAR. Seth has a vast knowledge of all the different roofing systems and historically appropriate solutions that he is very happy to explain in a manner that the layperson can understand. Dangerous and aggressive driving. I’m in Savannah on a project.. going down a one way cobblestone road at 15mph (the speed limit) and whoever was driving their truck was nearly pushing me and weaving back and forth. As soon as it became a two way he sped past me and rolled coal.. next light he hit the gas and proceeded to go about 100. Very unprofessional.
