I had substantial amount of center blocks on my basement and foundation that were leaking water. Carlos responded right away to my call and came with his team to fix the issue. They dug themselves about 6 feet down appx 20ft long, applied hydraulic cement, primer and a waterproof membrane, and finished everything in just 5 days. They also installed a drainage system at the side of the house so that excess rainwater flows away from it. The whole team was very professional—always on time, committed to their work, and they even cleaned up the area after finishing. Affordable as well! I totally recommend them. Great workers and really good people!

I’ve used this company to fix a crack in my foundation. They answered my call on my first attempt and sent someone over the same day to give me an estimate. I performed the demo work myself beforehand to expose the wall and floor so my estimate was 850 and that was also the final price. The crew was in and out in 3 hours. They took all the debris with them and did an awesome job of cleaning up. I would recommend.

I called 2 big name companies in NJ, All County and Quality 1st. Both sent salesman to my house and both demanded a deposit while they were there to get a "discount"…I felt as if I was buying a car from an inexperienced salesman. The prices they gave me were a small fortune even with the so called "discount". One gave me a proposal 5 weeks later, the other never received. I had written both negative reviews on Google. Then came Mendola. So happy I called them. They were excellent. My call was answered immediately, an appointment was set within a week. I met with a young man, Carlos. I let him know what I was looking for and some suggestions. He immediately identified the issue, and called me a few days later with the price. No sales tactics and no pressure. The price was excellent and an appointment for the job was set. Their crew was on time and communication a day or two before was excellent. The workers were very nice, meticulous, and worked very hard the entire day. I bought each of them a lotto ticket, so hopefully they all come up winners. Carlos gave me updates on what work was being done, and answered all my questions thoroughly. They were very neat, clean and you can see they took pride in their work. The job was completed with the utmost care to the customer, with no unexpected add ons. I highly recommend Mendola Waterproofing. You will not be disappointed. Carlos and his crew from Mendola Waterproofing did an excellent job on waterproofing my basement. The whole process from an initial estimate until completion went very smoothly. They replaced leaking windows , raised them above the ground level and waterproofed with hydraulic cement and special membrane and replaced pavers and cultured stone. 2 days after they were down , there was a huge rain and my basement stayed dried. They are professional , organized and Carlos was very responsive to all our needs throughout the process. Highly recommend them!

They did a great job to waterproof my basement and fix a leak. No more leaking after a big storm! The guys worked very hard each day and Carlos always came at the end of the day to check on the work and progress. Very professional and most affordable company out there.

I own a 43 year old house that needed repair. I knew I had a crack in my foundation, and I need to replace the concrete around my home. I have a tree in front of the house we hose roots lifted the cem6then it suddenly dropped. Even though I reported this tree to the city after 3 years of not hearing from them, I took matters into my own hands and hired this company. Not only were they fairly priced, they were always punctual, polite, and professional. They found a second crack and repaired lt as well. I love the look of the cement. I am so happy with their work, that I highly recommend them.
