Sean D. and his crew were at my home for three days. It was a big job, and they did a beautiful job. The young men were very professional, courteous, meticulous and paid attention to every detail. They left my property clean of any and all debris. I would recommend Franks Basement Systems to everyone, and Sean D's crew to do the job right

When i was looking for a place to help with my Basement repairs i did ALOT of searching and everyone kept saying to go with franks so I had there salesmen John come out and go over what would be done he was very friendly and informative helping me understand the process, the quote I was given was pretty high considering I am a new home owner but I still decided to go through with it considering how much work and labor would be going into the project. The first step was demolishing a out of order bathroom that franks had a separate company come and take care of which seemed to be okay at first, the day franks came to do the water proofing it was 3 guys who worked there butts off all day and surprisingly knocked out the whole job in under 6 hours which was very impressive. So after the job was all said and done I didn’t really think I had to wait for anything so I kind of just continued my normal day. Come to find out when I took a shower I was unaware that the people who did the demo for the basement had left a sewage drain open so as I was taking a shower all the water had leaked onto the freshly poured concrete. Me being upset is a understatement considering how much I just spent for all this work to be done and thinking It was all handled by professionals and within the first night I was having water issues in my basement. im not sure how this was missed considering both company’s had been sending pictures of all the work being done throughout. I don’t want to knock the guys who did the concrete work because they were extremely friendly and hardworking but considering Frank’s is supposed to be the basement experts I am very shocked they could just leave a sewage drain wide open and not think to cover it or at least let the homeowners know not to use the bathroom until it is sealed properly. Unfortunately I was pretty unsatisfied with Frank’s. I’m glad the job is all done and everything is okay now but I don’t think I would be able to recommend them or do anymore business with them considering all the mistakes made when i put my trust into them thinking they would take care of me.

Dealing with Frank’s Basement Systems was a great experience. From my salesman Michael Ciocca, David DiMaria, Kevin’s Plumbing, his crew, Max, Dillon, Ethan and Bruce as well as Frank’s crew, Mike, Tom, Adam and Eli they covered everything. My drainage outside and the drain tile, new sump pump and numerous little things were done fantastic! Thank you guys for all your hard work! Just a few photos to show too! Big job well done!

Absolutely amazing job and entire experience. There was constant communication throughout the project, especially as surprises came up and the team went above and beyond to make sure the structure of the house was sound. Mike’s crew did an amazing job waterproofing, adding a sump pump and dehumidifier to help with the constant moisture. Eric’s crew was incredible with handling the unexpected foundation issues and called in more help to make sure the project stayed on time. The finished product looks fantastic! Greg orchestrated this project from the beginning and said he would make sure my concerns were taken care of and he did not disappoint. I would highly recommend them, especially when dealing with an old farmhouse stone basement.

We had our basement waterproofed by Franks. It was smooth from start to finish! Joe was out salesman, he was knowledgeable and presented everything clearly and to the point! The crew that did the work, Antonio, Dylan, and Steven, were also top notch! They were very considerate of our home and belongings even though they had a dirty daunting task in our basement.
