Anthony and his team (Jesus,Tyler) and Austin, who came later, were pleasant and open to questions and comments from me. The team worked well together like a well-oiled machine to install a new furnace and a new air conditioning unit. They completed the job without taking a lunch break. They were careful with property and cleaned up neatly. After 4 days without heat and cooler temps in November, the whole experience with Perfect Star technicians made a stressful situation pleasant!!! Raymond, who was the first to view my furnace, is personable, knowledgeable and straightforward in letting me know what I needed to comfortably heat and cool my home. He made it easier for me to decide which units would be the right purchase. Thanks to all of you for a great experience!!!

Gio arrived prior to the schedule start time and was respectful of our home. He was focused on the tasks we agreed upon, took photos of our current system and reviewed them with me. Gio made sure that I understood his findings, answered all my questions, and arranged for a follow up meeting to discuss next steps. There was no pressure at any point. I appreciate his honesty and attention. Just had a post installation visit with Keon to adjust the air intake on the new furnace they installed that reduced the noise level of the unit. We called Perfect Star this morning and they were able to fit us in this afternoon. As seems to be the company's custom, Keon arrived before the scheduled start time and was focused on getting the job done. He took the time to explain the cause of the noise, the adjustments that he made and took additional steps to quiet the operation of the unit. We appreciate the interaction and the detail.

HVAC system has been a problem for a number of years. This company came out right away. Great with communications. Technicians were kind and were very good at explaining why I was having issues. Decided to let them install new system for me. Good warranty. Good brand name, Lennox. And knowledgeable technicians.

Perfect Star installed a heat pump, replaced an aging furnace, and installed batteries for an existing solar panel installation. They worked quickly and efficiently. They always kept us informed of who and when they would be working. They were immaculate and did an excellent job cleaning up after each day's work. This was a complicated job and they persevered until it was all completed to our satisfaction.

Fantastic experience and phenomenal service from start to finish. Promptly answers call, schedules slot, notifications on expected service date and time, texted photo and info of technician, technician is on time, provided high level workscope and planned activities, then after all activities walked me through detailed updates, sign off and email summary.
