Got Watts?

We used Got Watts for solar panel installation on two houses and most recently a solar backup battery. Their proposals were by far the most detailed and best organized. Installations were seamless. We needed the solar battery installed quickly to get a rebate, and they installed it within a few days. Prices were competitive and service was outstanding!

Marc handled the final inspection and patiently walked us through everything. The communication was excellent, pricing was fair with no hidden fees, and the workmanship was outstanding. We recently had solar panels and a battery backup installed by Got Watts, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Chris did a fantastic job with the system design, making sure everything was tailored to our home and needs. Marc handled the commissioning and was extremely thorough -- he even caught a small issue during setup that was fixed immediately. Lindsay in the home office kept everything organized and on track, always responsive and professional. Everyone we worked with was on time, professional, and clearly cared about the quality of their work. It's rare to find a company that delivers this level of service across the board, and Got Watts exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience with this company. I picked them since unlike other solar installers, they also do HVAC and all around electrical work. So this is a company that would last. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident from start to finish and did an outstanding job 100%. Jarrett, my initial point of contact, was prompt in providing a quote, and took time to explain it even past the regular working hours. Anthony, Did the site visit and assessment was patient and looked into documenting the current site conditions to make sure there are no surprises with install. The office group of Lindsay, Jennifer and Mallory was accommodating even when I added an EV charger to the scope in the middle of the project, without adding to the timeline for the project. The electrical crew, Daniel, Joe and Waylon not only completed the work flawlessly but also took the time to identify and fix an unrelated issue in my house that I never knew, and made things right. A separate rooftop crew installed my panels (Jose, John, Jason, Kevin, Isaac and Steven) in half the day, even took time to do their exercise as a group for safety. Lastly, the knowledgeable Marc who did the Inspection and Commissioning was very patient with my questions and I felt as ease since Got Watts as a group definitely know their stuff. I would definitely call them again for future projects in my house.

We got quotes from a few different (and non-local) solar install companies. Got Watts was able to guarantee (AND BEAT) the deadlines for getting our roof top solar installed. Not a lot of installers will work with cement tile, but Got Watts did a great job. Dan and his team prepped our electrical and removed our existing solar thermal/pv and left everything clean and tidy. Jose, Jason and their trainees did a great job explaining and making sure the install went clean, and even came back to complete the job on a hot day. Mallory and the rest of the office folks kept us informed and our project on track. Gus made the inspection and commissioning a walk in the park and answer my many questions. I am very happy to also have met Troy for our initial site survey. I hope they keep up the great work.

Had a great experience with Got Watts from the first touch point through the installation and inspection process of our new solar system and whole house fan. They have a portal that shows what the process is and where you are in it. I got messages informing me anytime the status changed. Everyone I met from the company was super personable and on top of things. The communication was wonderful and Mallory kept me updated every step of the way. Anytime they came out for site survey, install and inspection I got a text message ahead of time letting me know when they would arrive. All-in-all it was an experience that surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend this company to anyone else looking for solar or electrical!

From the original proposal through implementation, GotWatts impressed me with their professionalism and their responsiveness. The process was smooth, expectations throughout were clearly defined and met, and their customer portal was an excellent medium for communicating with the various people who were working on our project. A special callout for Alejandro and Enrique, who came onsite to handle the bulk of the implementation and were diligent in their problem-solving efforts as they worked through the reality of applying the design to our home.
