I needed a USB in wall charger outlet installed. Wallace was professional from the moment he set foot on the job. He even wore shoe covers. He was quick, efficient, and even cleaned up before he left. We had a great conversation as well. Thank you Wallace!

Wanted to relocate doorbell transformer to higher in the same closet. Courteous on the phone and in person. Showed up with a KN95 mask but the problem was that it had a valve. The presence of the valve means that his mask-wearing would not keep his moist exhaled air from being in my house thus nullifying any mask-wearing benefit for his clients. I offered to give one of my own surgical type masks to wear before I would allow him to enter my home. Otherwise used disinfectant and wore booties. The circuit was not an "end" electrically there were things connected to both sides. We only wanted to move the electrical box up by 3 ft. The quote? $900+ on the most economical quote.... sounded high to me. Wasn't a fan of the business model of trying to brag about their company after I had already selected them to come out and if they had been reasonably priced would have given them the job. It sounded like they were trying to inflate their value just before presenting the pricing. Overall courteous and respectful with a high pricing and I still had to give them one of MY masks in order for them to protect my house while they were giving the quote... not my thing.

I called Express Electric and they arrived the same day! I had a quick turn around time and Jacob worked tirelessly and put on a LONG day and got it done! My entire garage was due for a complete overhaul. Jacob made it neat, tidy and SAFE. The house was built in 1950. He cleaned up everything beautifully and even offered to install another fixture the following week that I had forgotten to purchase. Jacob provided excellent service! He was very attentive to all of our concerns and sought to find the best solutions, both for what's best for our home and pocketbooks. He was realistic about which projects could be done in one day (we wanted a chandelier serviced) but still explained how we can proceed in the future (returning with one other worker to do the job safely). Jacob works efficiently and quickly and is also very friendly, our cats like him too!

Very professional service Jacob & his helper Mike went above & beyond the service they performed in our home. It was a intensive job that they took on & were so hard working in the heat. Everything Jacob told us & all are problems were fixed within 3 days no surprises or add ons as the job was progressing & I couldn’t believe how neat & timely they were. I’m very happy with Express Electrical. Every one I dealt with was polite and helpful. I was especially impressed with the technician that came to my house Lamar Campinaro he was able to find and fix the problem quickly. He also was able to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Wonderful service!!! I woke up this morning to an electrical plug that was hot to the touch and melted. They responded quickly and sent the best technician (Jacob) super kind, smart and empathetic to the situation, he was able to get it fixed quickly and now my family is safe again!!!
