This business has always been good to me today Derrick was an angel! He fixed my issue immediately didn’t make me feel like a dumb ass! Can you give him a raise?

I can only rate on what I have experienced. I called M&M just over two weeks ago. They set up an appointment to have someone come out and give an estimate on a number of little projects we need done. The appointment went great-it was two weeks ago exactly. We discussed everything thoroughly and I felt really good about the guy who was here. He was going to pull together an estimate for all of the work and get back to me within 2-3 business days. When that came and went, I wasn’t worried. Come the following Monday, I called them to ensure that my email address on file was correct. The woman at the desk took my info and was going to pass it on to the guy who had come out. Days passed. Nothing. This past Friday, I made another call. I spoke directly with the guy who came out. He said that he had the estimate and just needed to pull it out. He took my number and said he’d ring me back. But he never did. Now it’s two weeks exactly. I have someone else coming out to do an estimate. My project is thrown two weeks in the dump. I won’t work with M&M. I can’t say how good their work is, as I never found out. This was really disappointing, as they had such good reviews.

They did a great job. On time from the estimate to the job. They were neat and clean. Very professional. I will use them again!

I schedule an estimate a man by the name of Jim came out said he was busy. He said he would get a estimate to me ASAP but he is busy. Understandable, I waited a week called them they say oh it’s not done. We will have Jim call you. I received no call no estimate they completely wasted my time. These are the kind of businesses that need to go out of business. Thanks for nothing M&M!

Staff were EXTREMELY quick in response to my call for help. Not only did they finish the work well before my grant deadline, they arrived promptly to begin the work and worked steadily finishing before the anticipated deadline. Staff were very professional and unobtrustive as not to interfere with library operations. Electricians arrived for each shift promptly at 7am. Supervisor mark appeared regularly to check in on work progress and check in with me to inquire if they needed to address any problems. Very communicative. Why would you not employ their services? It was a very positive experience. And now our building is brighter, and more energy efficent. Staff gladly would explain the work when I asked questions.

Contacted M&M do upgrade my service and had Jim come out and do an estimate. The price was right and the service has been great. We are now having them install some ceiling fans and a light fixture. Overall would have them do more work for me and would definitely recommend for anyone to use.

I used M&M electric for my new and improved breaker boxes about 5 years ago, and in between that time I found out I have faulty wiring and my contractor came in to evaluate and found out its a bad breaker board. Called the company up and they told us that they only give a 1 year warranty on all of their electric work. Im appalled. Thank you for not helping rectify the situation. Rose Johengen
