Guillermo did an amazing job cleaning our carpets at an unbeatable price! The previous tenants had a dog, who left stains and a horrible dog odor behind that permeated the carpeting. After Guillermo was done, it smelled so fresh and the carpeting looks BRAND NEW. He was efficient, kind, and incredibly thorough. I highly recommend his services!!!

Absolutely amazing Service! I called on Friday during the holiday weekend and they were able to schedule me for Sunday at noon! They sent email and text confirmations and also reminders before the appointment. They promptly called me 30 minutes before arriving and everything went very smoothly! Guillermo spent a lot of time cleaning my couch and my rugs and was very respectful of my home. I wish I had more work for him to do so that I would’ve qualified for their special of cleaning the exterior windows of my home for free with purchase of services!

This business was recommended by the vacuum repair shop: MP Vacuum on Salinas St in Salinas. I phoned for a carpet cleaning quote and got a message. I received a call back within a minute! Guillermo was very friendly on the phone and gave me a competitive quote, so we arranged a date about 4 days in the future. Guillermo showed up right on time and was very friendly and engaging. He took a look at the project (cleaning carpets in the living room and hallway-the rest of the house is hardwood or stone floor). He's got a beautiful, fairly new van filled with new looking equipment that worked quite well. He protected the carpet by attaching a thick vinyl tape to the feet of any furniture that would be resting on the damp carpet when done. He answered all my questions and did the job in a short amount of time. I would gladly have A&G Facility Services clean our carpets again.
