We used their services twice - first time with the dishwasher and the second time with garbage disposal. Azar and Niko are very friendly and reliable. Each time they were very thorough and gave us a fair price. We are very lucky that we found  this company and definitely will use them again!

Azer is an amazing technician! My Thermador freezer stopped freezing, and he came out quickly to diagnose the issue. He ordered the part, and it arrived in no time. Prime Appliance was able to come and service my Whirlpool gas oven on the same day, a weekend day. The technician was prompt, kind, and efficient. He diagnosed and fixed my oven within 45 minutes.

These guys were so fast both Azar and Nico. Came within hours, I ordered the part overnight and they were back to install it almost as soon as the part came up. They live on the Lake Travis area so a great resource out here. Thank you for the washer repair.
