I had a fantastic experience with Protection appliance Repair. They were able to come out the same day I called, quickly diagnosed the issue with my washing machine, and returned promptly with the parts to fix it. Their work was professional, their pricing was very reasonable, and they were so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance repairs!

Steve was wonderful to work with. Communications were great and he was very willing to suggest alternative solutions and helped me with things that were outside his primary tasks. I would definitely hire him again!

Steve is very easy to work with and a true professional. We called about a fridge leak Friday afternoon, and he came by the next day to assess. After the fridge defrosted, he came back first thing Monday morning to finish the job. Took an hour overall. Also a great communicator. Very pleased with Steve’s service!

Fantastic service! Quick and easy. Steve was great! Worked efficiently and all was smooth!

Protection LLC completed a same-day repair on my refrigerator! I called in the morning and he had my fridge working before the afternoon. Steve is an excellent technician and was able to utilize his personal expertise to save me from having to buy expensive replacement parts. I would recommend him to anyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't say enough good things about Steve and his company Protection LLC Appliance Repair!! He is very professional and courteous. He fixed my Whirlpool washing machine twice (two separate issues) and was very reasonably priced. I will continue to utilize his services for all of my appliance repairs in the future! I highly recommend this company!!
