Called them to repair a Merry Chef oven. They took it back to their shop to work on and when I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks I called them and they said it was done and was over $2,000 to fix it. Which they did without ever consulting with me. And charged to my credit card they have required to set an appointmend (!) As I had already replaced the blower motor in question a year previously (from them, for $1100) I wasn't about to replace that same part a second time for half of what the oven cost new and twice what it cost a year before. They acted confused when I told them it was unprofessional to fix that without checking first. I think that tells you all you need to know.
