Ben was so professional. And incredibly reasonable prices. He fixed my loud dryer and refrigerator. I would highly recommend him to others...and I will.

Just had a great experience with Ben- called for my dishwasher not cleaning dishes and he saw right away what it was, fixed it, double checked it was fixed, cleaned the filter, checked AGAIN to make sure it was working, and was friendly to talk to. Really good price and you can just tell he’s really knowledgeable about appliances. Highly recommend!

I can’t speak towards the appliances that are sold here but I enjoyed my experience with Ben as a repairman 🙂 Very friendly and conversational. Seemed to know what he was talking about, fixed my fridge and was very reasonably priced. Would recommend getting repairs done through him 🙂

I've been a customer of Expert Appliance for over 15 yrs. But it seems like with every purchase the service and quality of product is worse and worse. I purchased a refurbished Kenmore washer in March 2017 and less than 6 months later the spin cycle is giving me trouble. It's a hit or miss situation whether the washer will actually spin out the water or not. Now mind you its a large washer & of pretty high quality, has all types of settings none of which work because it won't spin the water out on only one cycle. I called about the issue and a woman answered the phone who 1. she was trying to sell me a washer and dryer set off the top of the conversation (as if I would spend another dime at this point) 2. asked me a 101 questions, just to turn and say that shes had hers for over 15 years and says it still works great...by the end of conversation she says that the length of the warranty is based on how much you actually pay for the appliance. When I stated another refurbished appliance store gives a flat out 1 year warranty (Arctic appliance) she says "oh well go to them" and chuckles... enough said, she is right. I will not spend another year nor another penny at this place!

I had an absolutely great experience with Ben. He was efficient and kind with truly a reasonable price to replace the thermostat on the refrigerator. Vote for Ben!

It’s a used appliance store keep that in mind.... they have lots of fairly used to roughly used things but they all are warranty items which is great for me because when you fall on hard times and you need a cheap washer and dryer this man is willing to give you one with a WARRANTY and I love that the most. I have seen all types of appliances from washer dryers to refrigerators stoves and microwaves this is a great place to go if you only have about $200 lol

A great place to get refurbished appliances. The older man has been there since I was a child,he will work with you,just be honest with him. I LOVE HIM TO DEATH,his Kindness in this day and age is EXCEPTIONAL
