I had a great experience w/ Zach of Garage Door Masters Austin. My coils broke and our cars were trapped in the garage. He came out in about an hour and assessed the situation. Initially he thought he had the necessary coils to replace, but upon further inspection, he noted we had commercial coils, as my garage door is 16 feet and HEAVY. But he told me he'd be able to get the proper coils next day and get it installed so my wife can get out and go to her appt at 11AM. They came and got us up and running. 5 STARS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND .

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This company was amazing. I was having trouble with my garage door not opening and closing properly and getting stuck. I knew it was just a matter of time before the door wouldn’t open at all and I would be stuck one day and wouldn’t be able to get to work. I found them online, put in a request, and received a response in under 10 minutes. Technician contacted me directly via text to set up a time. He kept in touch with me about his arrival time and arrived promptly for a morning appointment despite rain and traffic. When technician (Zach) arrived, he assessed the issue with the door, explained his proposal to fix it, and also educated me about some other issues that may arise in the future because of how the builder installed the garage door. MOST IMPORTANT: Zach was very honest and straightforward, did not try to upsell me, and made sure my issue was resolved that morning. The initial inspection/consultation was free, and he ended up charging me a flat fee of $150 for his time to actually do the repair work. I saved their contact info in my phone because I will definitely be using them again if I have any other issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ❤️❤️❤️
