OGD Overhead Garage Door

OGD provided Same day service. The Technician Anthony was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and resolved my garage broken spring so quickly. He was very nice and professional, I highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with OGD from start to finish. My garage door unexpectedly stopped working due to a sensor issue. After trying to fix it on my own without much avail, I started calling repair companies around me. OGD was THE ONLY company to respond back to my inquiry and get me scheduled as soon as possible. My technician, David, arrived early and was super helpful with getting my issue solved. He finished the job quickly and I am very happy with the service. I will be sure to use OGD in the future and will recommend them to anyone who needs help with their garage!

I had OGD install a new garage door opener in January of 2025 for $860 and by September the belt was defective and went out (see photo). This should not happen this fast. Instead of doing right by the customer and fixing this at no cost to me, the technician came out and said it would be $189 in labor which they reduced to $129. I discussed this with the technician that I thought I should not have to pay and he basically told me I have to pay or do it myself. I asked to talk with his supervisor and he told me that they would not be reaching out. This is terrible warranty and customer service to stand behind the products that you intall. I will not be using OGD in the future and recommend that others use another garage door company.

The office was responsive and timely. The tech arrived within the schedule window. The tech was efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. We received options and we were not pressured to make on the spot decisions. I would suggest this company and the technician.

We were told that our motherboard was out in the motor. We decided to contact a local dealer. Best decision we could have made. OGD came out the same afternoon. The technician was fast to realize that it was a wiring problem. He not only fixed the wiring but serviced the whole door making sure everything was smooth running. YOU ARE A TOP NOTCH ORGANIZATION. They were able to come out the same day, which was great! I was not at the house and the technician worked with my wife to replace the tension spring. My friend had recommended them for quick service and he sent me his quote from them, which was half as much as my quote for the same service. I am convinced my wife was upsold a high performance spring that we didn't really need, which is disappointing. Overall, the service was quick and the workmanship appears good.
