Had an amazing experience with this company . Robert came by and went above and beyond — not only did he fix my garage door by changing the spring and fine-tuning everything, but he also took the time to educate me on garage door maintenance, tips, and tricks. Super knowledgeable, professional, and efficient — the whole job was done in under an hour. The garage has never worked this smoothly. Great guy, great service. Highly recommend!

Brian was great to work with. He was very responsive and scheduled me almost immediately. Robert, the tech that responded, was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and just an all-around hard worker. Really one of the best service and repair experiences I have had in any industry in decades. Very rare, but also very refreshing and appreciated. I would recommend these guys over any Garage Door installation and repair company in our market. I obviously only dealt with them, but I cannot imagine anyone being better.

This is the second time I have used Go Pro and both times the service was prompt, professional and courteous! This time I had to have my door completely replaced. I called Go Pro about 1:45 p.m., Robert showed up pretty much within an hour, assessed the situation and determined I would need a new door. He explained everything to me and my brothers who were visiting from out of state. The service was excellent and FAST! Robert took the time to show us my options, allowed me to take my time making my decisions, went over it all, showed us what it would look like then placed the order for the door. He showed up about 9:30 a.m. the following day and had it fully installed within 3 hours. Once it was installed, Robert explained the new system, provided demonstrations and assisted me with the app, etc. I could not be any happier with the service. The price was very reasonable as well! I will be recommending them to anyone I know what needs any garage door services! I cannot thank Robert and the team enough!!

The installer Trenton was very professional & thoughtful. He contacted me to let me know that he was running a little late. ( it turns out he was only about 10 minutes late) He was friendly, courteous, & very informative. He worked very quickly, finishing the job in the time period that he stated that it would be finished. He also cleaned up the area after he finished, not leaving any debris. The price for the job was very reasonable too. I have already highly recommended him & this company to several other friends who are either homeowners themselves or who have landlords who will need garage service in the future. The 5 star rating for this company is well deserved.

Steve from Go Pro Garage door set up my door and all the pieces so that I am good to go for 20 years. He had promised to have everything in his truck to finish the job. I appreciated working working with his supervisor Brian and Ashley in the office also. My neighbor had recommended this company to me.
