Door Pros Garage Door Company

My garage door spring broke yesterday. I have a Home Warranty with American Home Shield who forced me to use one of their vendors which was Ace garage door company. They came out and told me that it would be $1600 just to apply and adjust and not counting the spring price. I thought that was a big rip off and so I called Door pro’s of Folsom who originally installed my garage door and my LiftMaster opener. Zane was the person that came out and he was extremely nice and considerate. He said he had the springs in his truck. Their estimate was half of what Aces was. Zane did an amazing job was so kind and considerate. We are so thrilled and I am so grateful to have been able to use the company that originally installed my garage door and garage opener. Also the home warranty will reimburse me for the spring. Great to know I don’t have to use the vendors the home warranty company uses.

Wow! Our garage door broke on Thursday, by Saturday early afternoon Zane with Door Pros was here! Great communication about his arrival time, he is very knowledgeable, and a hard worker. He helped get our garage door back into very good condition! Thank you so much Zane! Friendly, great sense of humor, and a really honest guy. Very comfortable to be around.

Door Pros did an amazing job replacing our garage door spring. They're technician Beau was extremely friendly and professional. He did an excellent job on the install and our garage door works perfectly. I can't recommend Door Pros enough. I've had them out multiple times throughout the years and they're service is always amazing. My family and I will continue to use Door Pros for any of our installs, repairs and maintenance. Zane did an excellent job! He quickly resolved the issue with our sensors and had them replaced in just ten minutes. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend calling Door Pros for any garage door needs!

I spoke to Aidin (sp) and agreed to clarify that I was not charged for the visit. Called regarding my door not properly opening or closing. Guy showed up within a couple hours. Told me needed to be replaced and call when ready. Checked my home warranty and noticed it was covered (surprise). They sent someone out that repaired it in about 20 minutes. Second guy did recommend new springs and rollers but at least my door works until I budget it in. So, I am going to consider Door Pros a sales call and recommend you get a second opinion if you are not ready to buy a new door.

Door Pros responded quickly to my request for service. The technician they sent (Beau) was very professional and knowledgeable. Overall, I had as great experience with company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Beau, at Door Pros, took care of a complicated repair requiring several calls to Liftmaster. He took care of all of the calls, got me new equipment under the warranty, and the door back up to 100%. Highly recommend.
