Ryan came on time, was very personable, quickly diagnosed my garage door problem and fixed it immediately. He is an excellent technician! He answered all my questions and explained them with patience. He also explained how to get the door reattached when power is out after I have pulled manual cord. He went the extra mile for sure! Noel was also VERY helpful over the phone as she tried to diagnose problem and how we would proceed with repairs. She was also very kind and patient and truly wanted to get a solution for me at a reasonable price . She cared!!! an Overall A+ experience, will definitely call ADW again for any other garage door work. Thank you!!!

Ryan was our technician and he did a fine job replacing the broken spring on our garage door. Additionally, he pointed out the worn out rollers (24 years old) and recommended that I replace them. I agreed and now my garage door is working great and much quieter with the new rollers. Advanced Door Works does not do a bunch of advertising, thus their rates are lower than their competitors. Well deserving of 5 stars.

What a great company! First hired them in 1996 for a new Lift-Master opener and just today had it replaced by the same great company! Ryan Laughlin stopped by and was a super knowledgible Technician. Explaining in detail the new mechanisms and even assisted in programming the door opener with my android phone. Everything was performed professionally. I am a very pleased repeat customer! Excellent staff- super fast service. Their technician came out to our Westminster home to fix the garage door. Somehow it was off track and wouldn’t go up or down. The scheduling and the customer service was 5/5. Highly recommended!
