Tyler is by far the BEST in the business. He is professional, honest, and hard working. He replaced all of our worn out rollers on both overhead doors and replaced both garage door openers. This was the first time I used Precision and they will my go to, going forward. I will be recommending them to all of my neighbors as well. David was great! He listened to what I needed and made the best recommendations for me. He showed me all of the opener options and answered all of my questions regarding the differences and benefits of each. He was friendly, professional, and quick! He even used his ladder to replace light bulbs in my garage that I couldn't reach. His attention to detail, including greasing squeaky hinges and springs, was top notch. I felt the overall pricing was actually lower than what I was expecting. The price I was shown was inclusive of all install and tax and it was very fair and reasonable.

London quickly finished all repairs. He was quite pleasant and didn’t mind explaining how everything was supposed to.work. Thank you for offering same day service. In fact, he was able to come several hours earlier than scheduled. Greatly appreciated.

This group is always great. Readily available, always helpful, always honest, always great work. I’ve had instances where it was a simple fix with our garage door and they didn’t charge. I recently had to get my entire garage system replaced after lightening fried the old one. They were quick and easy to replace with the old unit. Even added new wheels so the door was significantly quieter than the old wheels. They are my go-to for garage needs always.
