We needed some panels replaced on our garage door. Heritage came out within a couple of days to assess the job. We contacted four garage door companies prior to Heritage and, for various reasons, none of them were willing to take on the job. It took approximately five weeks from start to finish. Most of that time was waiting for the panels to arrive. They have great customer service and good communication. We are completely satisfied.

Great experience. Love our new quiet, insulated door. We even had a opossum chew the electrical right after install and they came out next day and repaired it.
