Coast To Coast Garage Door

Extremely dangerous drivers. Had one truck with a trailer pull out right in front of me on hiatus. Had to slam on my brakes and screech to a halt. I tried calling the company to report the driver and she dash cam footage. Have yet to hear back. As a combat vet who survived over seas, definitely don’t want to die here in my country due to dangerous drivers.

I didn't think I was going to find a repair company to help me fix my retail store door. I knew it needed service, but when I called around, nobody would help me. I got discouraged and just let it go. On New Year's Eve, I went into Hobby Lobby, and when I was leaving, I saw a gentleman fixing their door. I hopingly asked if he could fix my door. He stopped, listened to my concerns, and happily gave me his business card. Two weeks later, my door fell off at the store's opening. I was in dire need of help. He answered my call. Robert listened to my concerns and heard that I needed help. While he was busy and could not stop, he advised me to call the office. A short time later, I got a call back that he was on his way to help. The kindness of this company and Robert is beyond the ordinary company. I am blown away by their willingness to take my concerns and needs for repairs and have the fix so quickly. If anyone is looking for a truly honest door company you won't be disappointed in Coast 2 Coast. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Professional, knowledgeable, and speedy service. Prices were fair for the great work they do. Cant ask for more. Used them for a commercial door repair, responded quickly and knew right away how to get me and my company back up and running. They are definitely my go to door repairs in the future.

Do not use them. They tried to rip us off. I bought my home and my garage door wasn't installed properly. So the garage door company referred them to fix. They told me when they came out they could but it would cost $500 and that my door was good condition. But for $900 I could get a new one but no insulation. My garage door now does have insulation and my garage doesn't get hot. We decided to fix it and had them come out. When they got here they decided they couldn't fix and that my door was not good. Which not true. We knew they were mad because they wanted us to get a new door so they could take mine and sell it on the side. I called the garage door company and I told them what happen and they referred me to someone else. They came out and told me my garage door was in really good condition and just needed to be installed right and it would only cost $300. Coast to Coast was even charging me a lot more to fix it also. Do NOT USE THEM!!!

Highly recommend. I needed my garage door replaced with a new operator and was provided excellent service. The job was schedule and completed on time. Thanks again.
