Overhead Door Company of Permian Basin™

We’ve called this company 2 times over the last year and they have come out the same day. They honored their warranty, with us calling a few days before 1 year with something minor. Very happy and recommend them to anyone looking.

They are an awesome company. Their customer service goes above and beyond, this business cares about their customers. Special shout out to Mr.Bob for being a humble and honest person very knowledgeable and willing to help.

Called and set up a service call for the next morning. Eddie called and was 15 minutes out. He got here, accessed the problem, changed the parts needed while explaining exactly what had occurred. Here and gone in maybe an hour or so. He probably could have finished faster if I hadn't kept getting in his way trying to "help." And even listened to my war stories while working away. I highly appreciate and commend Eddie on his work. Plus the cost was way below what I was expecting.

Thankful to Overhead Door of the Permian for their great service repairing our garage door. Their technician, Robert is a joyful and fun guy that was extremely thourough in his explanation of what needed to be done. Don't be fooled by people that try to copy them with a name that sounds like theirs. These guys are the real deal and will do it right!

The only reason I don’t rate them higher is because of their customer service, both the Midland and Odessa receptionist were rude in my opinion. One tried transferring me and disconnected the call. Called back and got to another representative who was super short and not very helpful. When I called to pay my invoice I was placed on a LONG hold with no call back! Other than that, the installers were courtesy, fast and friendly!

I would give a zero if I could. I don't know what is worse the customer service or the lack of communication. Pretty rude people on the phone. 0% Effort. By the way my door is still broken......
