Over years I’ve had exterminators but none as good as Michaels . Michael is professional and gets the job done. He is so efficient he got my problem solved. Trustworthy and reliable.

Using this service since I moved to the area in 2018. I get monthly service because I’m on the garden level. Reduced my pill bug (rolly polly bug) problem Immediately! All of the workers are so kind and helpful. Ed is great! They are flexible to my schedule too!

Mike came in, sized up the issue (yellowjacket nest!), promised he would come back if needed (he was... and he did), and so an excellent experience all-around.

DO NOT USE. I REPEAT, DO NOT USE. AVOID AT ALL COST. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR TWO WEEKS FOR A SIMPLE TERMITE INSPECTION REPORT. THEY ARE INEFFICIENT AND INEFFECTIVE. GO ELSEWHERE FOR FAST SERVICE. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CALL YOU TWO TO THREE TIMES A DAY AND HUNT YOU DOWN TO GET MY INSPECTION REPORT!!!! I WISH I COULD RATE THEM A -10.

I had a good experience with this local-to-me company when they came and handled the mice problem in my tenant's apartment over a year ago. However, I just called and was immediately put on hold and left there twice. Get an answering system. I am calling another exterminator.

Ed DeFrietas of Empire (and his assistants) were knowledgeable, reassuring and efficient when helping us with a terrible termite infestation. Highly recommended.
